If you have a license or are in the process of obtaining a license to work in real estate sales and leasing, join us in the position of: REAL ESTATE SALES AND LEASING AGENT.
Responsibilities:
- Studying and analyzing the real estate market
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Negotiating between sellers and buyers/tenants
- Creating marketing strategies for property promotion
- Reviewing and evaluating property values
- Organizing and conducting property viewings for potential buyers/tenants
- Keeping records of sales and monitoring market trends
- Preparing necessary documentation (contracts, statements, and other documentation)
- Professionally presenting properties to potential buyers
Qualifications:
- Passed professional exam and possession of a license
- Experience in real estate sales (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to successfully negotiate
- Persistence and independence
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Motivation to achieve sales goals
- Possession of a category B driver's license (advantageous)
- Proficiency in English
- Active use of computers – MS Office package
